There are two ways of looking at things, each with its own shortcomings and advantages:
- Create a brand from an existing model, but without any logo or words: This is called the white label
- Create a brand from a bespoke design.

Whether you opt for the first or second solution listed, we advise you to work on your marketing plan at the same time as creating your ranges. It's often a good idea to align your positioning with your future acquisition levers!
Choice of materials and mechanism (our advice)
Now that you've selected the production method that suits you best and carried out market research to define your identity, you need to identify the right suppliers and manufacturers.
In both cases, as explained above, it's important to offer products that match your image.
If you opt for a premium brand positioning, consider manufacturers of automatic watches with a sapphire crystal. The name Swiss made is a plus that guarantees a certain quality. Be careful, however, as this designation is not magic and does not necessarily guarantee a flawless watch.
In terms of water resistance, we recommend a minimum of 100M for normal use, and 300M for diving activities.
Finally, don't forget to take a look at the manufacturer's warranties!

Preparing your logo for a dial format
If you don't call on the services of an experienced designer, be careful about the legibility of your future logo. You'll need to prepare it in several formats depending on your requirements: vector versions, monochrome, etc.

Please note that a minimum order of 10 watches is required. Expect to pay around CHF 450-500 per watch with all the customisation options available. That's CHF 5,000 to create your first stock in less than a month.
The range advertised varies up or down depending on the references chosen. Milanese link bracelet, leather strap, steel bracelet, PVD coating, engraving of the case and the weight of the mechanism, logo on the dial, packaging and cases to your image... the possibilities are endless.
